The coil is built into the pod, so when the flavour starts to fade you drop in a fresh one rather than fitting a separate coil. At 0.6 ohm it runs best between 16 and 25 watts and gives a restricted lung or a tighter mouth to lung draw, which makes it a sensible match for 50/50 nicotine salts.

Lost Vape reworked this pod over the original E Plus. The mouthpiece has been reshaped, the seal is a good deal tighter so leaking is far less likely, and they last roughly twice as long before they need swapping.
